When adding hand picked google reviews, if they are older than two months, they do not display. I would like to be able to display specific client reviews related to a specific service. The reviews are older and are not able to be displayed. Thank you,

I see that my colleague Daria has already contacted you in a support ticket. As she mentioned, there is a limit for the number of reviews (100 latest) displayed in the widget, but not for the time period.
This way, you can apply your filters only among these 100 latest reviews. If the reviews are beyond this limit, there is no option to display them. I am sorry!
