Dear Elfs, our devs have prepared a really awesome update for you 
New Banner feature allows you to choose which devices to show blocks on.
Each block has a Device to Display on setting, which is responsible for displaying the element:

Desktop Only - desktops
-
Mobile Only - mobile devices
-
All Devices - all devices
This setting allows you to create 2 banners in one, that helps to set the Banner more accurately.
Now, it’s also possible to hide any element, regardless of the device:
