Banner: Minor issues in Form block fixed

A couple of improvements has been made to our Banner app

Issue with Submit Button paddings was fixed

Previously, when Vertical or Horizontal Spacing was set to 0, the paddings were set to default settings instead of 0:

Incorrect horizontal paddings of the fields in column mode were adjusted
