We have 220 people in our company. Automatically adding users as they are hired and removing them when they leave would be a HUGE help.
Paychex has an API for this:

If you can’t do this, please give us a CSV or XLS import for larger organizations. We use this as an internal company directory.

Great idea, thanks for sharing! Right now, unfortunately, it’s impossible to do this, but if this idea gets more votes, we’ll try to consider this opportunity in the future 
As for the bulk import from CSV/XLS, we already have this idea on the Wishlist. You can upvote it here - Import a list of our team members.
We have a reasonably large team (180+) and entering them all manually is time consuming and prone to error! Being able to populate and update via excel/sheets means the directory stays more accurate, changes are quick and it can be automated. Thank you!
