- Customers are not given any indication of the size of files they can upload.
- An ‘error’ message is provided however it is generic and does not explain the issue to the user.
- This results in a poor customer experience.
- Also means that additional resources are required to support the customer (customer service, etc).

Dear friends,
Two awesome news: the size is increased, and the error message is corrected! 
Now, the max size of the uploading files is 100 MB, and in case it is exceeded, the following error message comes up:
This file cannot be uploaded because file size limit (100 MB) is exceeded
