Tried to get Amazon reviews from Netherlands using https://www.amazon.nl/dp/B0CTFZC6TX but it fails with an error. Other Amazon locations I’ve tried seem to work.

Yes, you are right! Currently, Amazon reviews from the Netherlands are not supported in our app. Here is the list of the supported domains:
We’ll try to consider the support of the Netherlands domains in the future. All the updates will be posted here 
I see the UK is a supported domain, but I have issues with the UK. Using teh following link: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0CTFZC6TX
It gets one review and then hangs as processing continues without finishing.
