Allow banning words for manual spam protection.

This needs to be added asap. The amount of spam coming through even with Google spam protection and multiple fields is crazy.
All it takes is making it so certain forms won’t allow submission when a keyword is mentioned. This specifically is important for keywords like SEO, rankings, DMCA, backlink, etc.
