Add prompts for AI Summary generation

We should be able to modify the prompt of the AI summary.

Now it only says the “good things” of the business. but sometimes it is good to focus in the problems or the analysis of the bad things too. Even only the bad things. It should be manage by modifying the prompt by the user.

Would be nice to be able to select the date of the reviews the system is analyzing ( last week) ( last month ) ( last year)
