Is there a way to add Alt Text to images in testimonials?

Do you mean a setting to specify your own alt text or just a default alt text (like testimonial image) to improve the widget’s accessibility?
Yes. Add my own alt text for each image in each testimonial to improve website’s ada compliance.

Currently, there is no option to do this. However, we see that it would be a great feature, and I’ve added it to the Wishlist.
We’ll try to consider it in the future and I’ll make sure to update you here in case of any news
