I would like to have an integration with my forms to add to my Facebook Business page.

Unfortunately, installations were only supported on Classic Pages, and Facebook has transitioned all users to the New Pages Experience, which has deprecated the functionality of widget installations.
So, I am afraid, there is nothing can be done on our end, unfortunately.
