If you choose, say; show 3 reviews on desktop, you should have the ability to alter that to show 1 review on mobile. At the moment everything gets squashed up.

This feature isn’t available yet, but we are working on it. Once any news come up, we’ll immediately let you know 
Friends, the All-in-one-reviews widgets are responsive now! 
Plus, you now have an option to set a number of columns for mobile devices.
You will find them in your widget’s Layout tab → Customize:
