As of now we dont see the chatbot showing any hyperlinks or any videos. THere should be ability to display url’s and embedded videos in chat

We’re currently working on the option to train the bot using YouTube videos and send them in the chat - Train bot with YouTube videos and make the bot share videos during the chat.
Does this option work for you or would you like to use the videos just from your device (not hosted on any platforms0?
As for sharing links, the bot is capable of doing this and I’ll be happy to check what goes wrong in your case.
Could you please share the following:

example of the question and answer where the link should be used

source where the link should be pulled from (specific web page, file, etc)
Like in certain answers we want the link to pages being shown.
Also we have videos hosted on wistia etc so if we can show them.
We see even if we provide knowledge rarely are links being shown to pages.
Today we saw the links come through.
How can we make sure links are shown as default if a question is asked ?

As for the links display, I am glad to know they appear in responses now. However, to check why the didn’t come through before, we’ll need some specific examples.
