I am happy to say that we have Photo Gallery and Comments apps, which might work for your needs. So, you can add a section with the comments right under the Photo Gallery widget on your website.
Unfortunately, it’s impossible to upload photos to the Comments widget, but a request for this feature is already on the Wishlist. You can upvote it here -Attach images and videos to comments
