the free widget google reviews doesn’t upload automatically

Hi there and welcome to the Community, @Cristina_Cozza 👋

Do you mean that the new reviews don’t appear in the widget right away? If so, this happens because of the cache time, which is 72 hours.

Once the cache period is over, the new reviews will show up in the widget 🙂

If I misunderstood the issue, please describe it in more detail.
