@user3502 As for now, you don’t need to put WeChat ID to the widget. You just should generate the link, copy it and try to open on the devices where you have WeChat app installed ---

I entered the wechat ID (eg AAA), and generated the QR code. I then used a phone to scan the QR code (a phone with wechat ID BBB sign-ined). Nothing happens on wechat. ---

Do I have to enter ID (eg AAA) and use a phone with AAA wechat sign-in to scan it - what should i expect when you mean “it work”? thanks ---

I have generated the link from the generator and added it on the website. weixin://dl/chat?snowlandtours when I click on the link from my mobile it opens the but redirect it to support instead of opening the chat. redirect link: [提示](https://support.weixin.qq.com/deeplink/noaccess#wechat_redirect) Can you please guide me what to do to get to the chat with the link. ---
