From the colorful design and cartoon animals to the founder’s personal story, the website gives parents a good idea of what makes this kindergarten special. But does it answer the questions parents have before choosing a place for their child? Let’s take a closer look 👇 ## **What’s working well?** * * * Here are a few things we particularly liked: > **Easy-to-find contact details** > > The address, phone number, and email are displayed at the top of the website. Some of the white text is also difficult to read against the busy background. > > > > > [!note] Recommendations > > > > - **Add the location and age range** to the opening section, with “Schedule your visit” or “Inquire about availability” as the main button. > > > > - **Use a subtle dark overlay** to make the text easier to read. > **Stock photos hide what the kindergarten looks like** > > Most images on the homepage are stock photos, including those used for the workshops. Although the website has a gallery and a video tour, both are on separate pages. > > Parents would probably appreciate seeing the actual classrooms, outdoor spaces, teachers, and everyday activities without having to look elsewhere. > > > > > [!note] Recommendations > > > > - **Add a small gallery of real photos** to the homepage, showing the classrooms, outdoor areas, and staff. > > > > - **Embed the video tour** directly on the page and use different photos for each workshop. > > > > You can consider using our [Photo Gallery](https://elfsight.com/photo-gallery-widget/) and [Video Gallery](https://elfsight.com/video-gallery-widget/) for this purpose. > **Information hidden behind clicks** > > Sections such as _“Facillities ans Security”_ only show an icon and title, with explanations on separate pages. > > The workshop cards also expand when clicked, but there’s no visual indication that they’re interactive. You can consider our [WhatsApp Chat](https://elfsight.com/whatsapp-chat-widget/) widget for this > > > > - **Make the footer phone number clickable** and consider less intrusive spam protection for the form. > **A few chatbot adjustments** > > The AI Chatbot is a nice addition, but its welcome message can cover page content on mobile, while the quick-question buttons take up considerable space on desktop. > > The space-themed chat background and dark blue buttons also look quite different from the kindergarten’s colorful animal-themed design. > > > > > [!note] Recommendations > > > > - **Delay the welcome message** or use the **Button only** start mode > > > > - **Match the chat colors and background** to the website, and correct the greeting to “¡Hola! The main improvements are about making the homepage more practical: show parents what the kindergarten actually looks like, bring reviews into view, and make it easier to arrange a visit.
