The weather widget isn’t appearing on our intranet site currently. We’re nowhere near the view threshold

Just to clarify, did the widget not show up right after installation, or did it appear initially but then disappear?
Also, could you please share a screenshot of your Dev Console? It could help us figure out what’s going on

@Max we’ve had the widget for a while now, but noticed today it’s not appearing. We have it embedded through a widget using Staffbase as the vendor

Do you have any browser extensions/VPN/antivirus enabled? If so, please try to disable them and let me know if the widget appeared.
