Apologies if this has been solved - I couldn’t find it. I need viewers to be able to enter a starting address, instead of just accessing their current location. This isn’t optional for me. I have tech crew who need to know in advance which of my 20 “store” locations is closest to their one-time job site.

You can disable the Request User Location option and manually add a Map Center location on the Settings tab:
