Hi @Michael_Bader, thank you for sharing your idea!

I just wanted to mention that you can replicate your use case and add a file upload option via the [Contact Form](https://elfsight.com/contact-form-widget/) widget. It has the same fields you’re using now and some more, including the File Upload one 🙂
