I would love to see two-finger trackpad swiping added to the Photo Gallery carousel.
Right now, to browse horizontally through a Photo Gallery, visitors have to click and drag the carousel. It would be a huge improvement if users could simply place two fingers on their trackpad and swipe left or right to browse through the photos—similar to the browsing experience on platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.
This would make navigating large horizontal galleries feel much faster, smoother, and more natural, especially for websites where visitors are browsing through a lot of visual content.
For my site, the Photo Gallery widget is a major part of the browsing experience, so adding native two-finger horizontal trackpad scrolling would make a tremendous difference in usability.
If there is any possibility of adding this functionality, I would be incredibly grateful. Thank you for considering it!
