# TripAdvisor Reviews aren't found

I’m trying to create a feedback widget for my website, but when I paste the url of my project on tripadvisor ([Umai Travel (2025) - All You Need to Know BEFORE You Go (with Reviews & Photos)](https://www.tripadvisor.com/Attraction_Review-g298251-d33401530-Reviews-Umai_Travel-Almaty.html)) it says “No reviews found. Please make sure the source is correct, that it has reviews and that filter settings do not exclude all the reviews.”

although I have reviews on the page

Can you tell me what’s wrong, is this a glitch?
