# Submission ID on forms?

I’d like to to be able to use forms with attachments to create support tickets. Is there a way to have the forms generate unique submission ID’s?

Example:  
Customer submits question to support.  
When they hit submit, a submission ID is generated for that ticket, visible to both user and backend support staff.

I guess the solution given in [this topic](https://community.elfsight.com/t/unique-ticket-number-per-completed-form-in-the-notify-me-mail/68115/6) would be more suitable for this case 🙂
