# Social Widgets: Enjoy improved Aspect Ratio determination logic

We’ve improved the logic for determining media aspect ratios (Image Ratio = Original) in our [Social widgets](https://elfsight.com/widgets/?category=social) 🚀

- **Single source** — the widget uses the platform’s native ratio.

- **Mixed sources** — defaults to 1x1. However, if multiple vertical platforms with different ratios are combined (e.g., Instagram 4x5 + TikTok 9x16), the **least vertical ratio** is used instead of 1x1.

- **Masonry/Popup view** — the actual image dimensions are used.

**Platform Aspect Ratios:**

- Instagram – 4x5
- TikTok – 9x16
- YouTube – 16x9
- Vimeo – 16x9
- Facebook – 1x1
- Twitter – 1x1
- Pinterest – 2x3
- LinkedIn – 1x1
- Tumblr – 1x1
- RSS – 16x9
