Can I get someone to go in take a look at this? Couldn’t find where I could create a ticket.

Hi there, @Frank_Poole ![]()
We’ve checked your script and see that it should trigger the marquee animation only if the track title and artist name don’t fit the widget container. Based on this, the script is working correctly now.
If the track title and artist name don’t fit the widget container and the animation isn’t working on your end, please send me a video screencast of the issue.
Regarding the image animation, could you please specify the images you’re referring to and the animation that should be applied to them?
Hey, Max,
Thanks for the quick response.
The reason for the artist/title not scrolling makes sense. Thanks for clarifying.
The default image to the left of the artist/title (waveform, for the lack of a better description) animated for a short time after the initial install and hasn’t since, I believe. I could be wrong. (It animates in the dashboard, though.) Is it supposed to animate? If not, no biggie.
Yes, this animation is still in place. Since the widget is installed in an iframe, you need to click on the Play button to trigger this animation ![]()
Ah, gotcha. I disabled the play button. I have a separate player with Live365 . I’m only using it as a now playing tool.
All good! It’s exactly what I need. Thanks again!
No sweat!

Hey, Max,
The widget isn’t loading on either the desktop or mobile. I’ve done some troubleshooting (reboot, clear cache) to no avail. If I were to give you guys access to my site, could you reinstall it exactly where it is now? I tried it myself, but couldn’t get it to show up in the body. And I don’t want it in the header.
Thanks,
Disregard the SOS. Turned off auto play. Working now!
Thanks!
