I’ve checked your widget and the post-submit redirect worked fine on my end:


Could you please check it and let me know if it’s fine on your end now?

If the issue still persists, please send me:

  • a video screencast of the issue

  • a screenshot of the Dev Console after clicking a Submit button

Thanks for testing it Max. Works for me now too. What I am seeing is that after I make any Chang Eto the widget the post submit action stops working for a short while, for the rest of the day, but by next day the action works again…… not sure why!?

Got it, thanks! I’ve managed to replicate this behavior.

This issue may occur because of the website’s conflict with reCAPTCHA. If you’re still experiencing the issue with the redirect, please try to disable reCAPTCHA and let me know if it helped.

In case it worked, the only solution is to use the widget without reCAPTCHA :slightly_smiling_face:
