Elfsight recently introduced a new “Skills” section into its AI Chatbot configurator.
Unfortunately (unless I missed it), there is no way to enable/disable any of the Agent Skills available. Please add a “Enable/Disable” function to each and every Agent Skill in your chatbot. See below for details.
You can just disable the triggers to offer human contacts under a certain condition. This way, all the profile and button settings will be saved in the editor, but the chatbot won’t offer to contact a human:

Can you guys add a toggle button somewhere else in the configurator to “enable/disable” those skills (individually)?
Meanwhile, can you provide a temporary solution?
Main reason: There is no way to disable those skills, only delete them. If we delete them (one or all, for testing, due to vacation, etc.), we have to re-create them all over again. Wasted time or room for error when re-creating them.
