Thank you for the quick response! I need to be able to click on each membership category (base rate) and a household income option to get the membership rate. See attached screenshot.

Sorry for being not clear enough!
To help you with the formula, we need to know how the Membership Rate should be counted based on the chosen Membership Type and Household income.
For example, could you please share what Membership Rate should be if Membership Type is Family and the Household income is $30,000 - 39,000? Also, it would be really helpful if you could explain how you got this result
