I am making a FleaMarket sign up and I have 57 spaces and I only want one person per space. I set the time for all day, but that only lets one person book.

I see you’ve created 57 services for each space and connected your widget to the Google Calendar, which lets only 1 booking per time slot.
Does this setup fully cover your needs? If not, please describe what you’d like to change 
So this is for a one day thing and I wanted a single person to book an individual slot but it only allows one person to book and then it doesn’t allow anyone else to
Just to confirm, you’d like to let different people book the same slot, but each person should be able to book only 1 slot. Am I right?

In this case, you just need to increase the number of booking per time slot. You can set it up individually for each service:
For example, if one person has already booked a specific time slot and you’ve set the “Bookings per Time Slot” to 3, then this slot can be booked two more times. These additional bookings can be made by different clients or even by the same person who booked earlier. However, the chance that someone who has already booked a slot will try to book it again is pretty low.
Does this setup meet your needs, or would you prefer a setting that restricts each person to only one booking per slot?
Preferably only one person per spot. If I changed the time slot to 3 different people would book that same spot for the same day. I need each spot restricted to one person for the whole day. If we don’t have that feature we would have people fighting over the spots.

You need to let only 1 booking per time slot, but since all services share the same schedule the slot disappears from all services (spots) after 1 client booked it.
If everything is correct, unfortunately, it’s impossible to implement this idea now, since individual schedules for each service aren’t supported now. However, this idea is already on the Wishlist and you can upvote it here - Be able to set different schedules for each service.
If the idea gets more votes, we’ll try to consider it in the future updates
