Let users pick multiple appointments for the same time slot.

One of my clients is looking for a way to book sessions for group cooking classes, but the Appointment widget seems to be built only for one-on-one appointments. Need multiple slots for different classes on different days. Thank you.

Hi there, @First_Presbyterian_C, @RobinZ :waving_hand: Right now, when you use the Google Calendar integration in the widget, a time slot gets blocked after the first booking and can’t be chosen again. The idea for allowing multiple bookings per slot is already on our Wishlist. I’ve made sure to add your comment to it :slightly_smiling_face: However, if you’re not using the Google Calendar integration, the system won’t block slots automatically. This means a time slot will remain available no matter how many people book it, as there’s no way to set a booking limit in that setup.

I see this is progressing, but to throw more weight behind it, we have a skincare salon with multiple therapists. We need the same time slots to be available for each of them. Further multi-site expansion is planned, so we also need multi-tenanted time slots available to accommodate multiple locations, each with multiple therapists.

You mean each therapist should have its own schedule, right? If so, this idea is already on the Wishlist. Feel free to upvote it here :slightly_smiling_face: - Add Staff members with their own schedules

Hey Max, when exactly is this feature going to be available?

Welcome to the Community, @user29225 :waving_hand: It’s hard to share the ETA for this feature now, but we’ll keep you posted here on any developments :slightly_smiling_face:

Any update on the this feature?

Yes, I also love this idea! I’ll be happy to update you here if I have any news about plans for this feature :pray:t2:

Most important would be maximum number of appointments per slot.
