I am happy to say that we’re currently working on the feature that lets users switch to the other channels like WhatsApp, Contact via Email, etc.

I don’t want to beat a dead horse here, but pushing people to other platforms to connect is useless honestly… The system already give them our contact info, so really we need to be able to hope into the chat via elfsight, that’s the only way it makes sense and keeps clients on our site.
Yes basically if the customers ask can you connect me with a live person it should give them options like send a sms through there phone like how that guy had all them other options in the thread since there mobile app to get notifications threw
I totally understand your opinion regarding an option to connect a live person right in the AI Chatbot widget, but I am afraid this functionality won’t be available in the near future. I am sorry!
The thing is that this functionality is quite complex, and we feel it may not be the best direction to pursue. Thus, we are not planning to create a separate interface to directly connect to the AI Chatbot for now, though it’s something we could revisit in the future ![]()
