I’ve checked your website and couldn’t find the widget’s installation code there:
I see your website is built on the Framer platform and we have a tutorial explaining how to add the widget there. Feel free to try it out -Adding Elfsight Widget to Framer Website - Elfsight Help Center.
If you still face difficulties, we’ll gladly assist you with it. Our Support Team handles all installation requests and I see you’ve already opened a support ticket.
Their response time is temporarily increased as our team is working at a limited capacity 10-17 December due to a company-wide retreat. However, they’ll reach out to you as soon as possible and assist with the installation if needed
