I have a question regarding the Job Board widget. When a candidate clicks the “Apply” button for a particular job and is redirected to the desired application page/location, is it possible to pass or display the job title/name along with the redirect?

I see that you’re using WhatsApp links for the Apply buttons. Do I get it right that after clicking on the Apply Now button, an automated message with the job title should be sent to WhatsApp?

Actually, we have added Google Forms as the application form. When someone clicks “Apply Now” for a particular job, we want the job title to be passed automatically to the Google Form so that the candidate’s application is associated with the correct position.
Thanks for the details! I checked this with our devs, and good news — this setup is possible. Please follow the steps below to configure it:

Open your Google Form.

Find the Job Title field (or create it if it doesn’t exist yet).

Go to the menu ⋮ (three dots in the top-right corner) → “Get pre-filled link”.

In the preview mode that opens, enter any test value in the Job Title field (for example, “Test Vacancy Name”).

Fill in any other required fields with test data if the form requires them to generate the link.

Click “Get link” at the bottom — Google will generate a long URL.

Copy the entire URL and send it to me in a personal message
Once this done, I’ll pass your request to the devs and they’ll come up with a solution for you

I’ve talked to the devs and the link you’ve shared leads to the Google Sheets, but we need a link to the Google Form.
Just to clarify:

Google Form — this is the actual questionnaire/form that candidates fill out (URL format:
docs.google.com/forms/...). -
Google Sheets (Response Spreadsheet) — this is a separate document where responses from the form are collected (URL format:
docs.google.com/spreadsheets/...). It is impossible to get the required link from the spreadsheet — you need the form itself.
Here is how to get a link to the Google Form
Step 1. Open the actual form (not the response spreadsheet)
Go to Google Forms and open the form that should be opened when clicking the Apply button. Make sure the address bar contains docs.google.com/forms/..., not spreadsheets.
Step 2. Find or create the Job Title field
The form must have a field where the job vacancy name will be passed (for example, a text field called “Job Title” or “Position”). If this field does not exist, create it.
Step 3. Open the “Get pre-filled link” menu
In the form editor, click the ⋮ icon (three vertical dots) in the top-right corner of the screen → select “Get pre-filled link”.
Step 4. Fill in the Job Title field with a test value
A form preview will open. In the Job Title field, enter any test value, for example: Test Vacancy Name.
Step 5. Fill in other required fields (if any)
If the form requires other mandatory fields to generate the link, fill them in with any fake data. This information is not important.
Step 6. Click “Get link” at the bottom of the page
Google will generate a long URL like this:
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/XXXXX/viewform?usp=pp_url&entry.123456789=Test+Vacancy+Name
Step 7. Copy the entire link
Copy the full URL from step 6 and send it to us — we will use it to identify the entry.XXXXXXX parameter that corresponds to the Job Title field.
Exactly in that google sheet I have added a links according to the job as listed by you.There are near about 29 jobs link in that sheet which we want to add
