Hello,

For the past few days, the latest Instagram posts have not been appearing in my feed widget. There are a total of three new posts, with the oldest one being published seven days ago. I am using a public Instagram profile as the source.

I see that my colleague Dasha has already reached out to you in a support ticket. As she said, our Instagram Feed app is experiencing technical difficulties with the Public Accounts & Hashtags connection type at the moment.

Our devs have applied a fix and are currently monitoring it. As part of the fix, the update cycle was temporarily extended.

The good news is that we recently introduced a new Public connection type To speed up the process, we have switched the connection in your widget, and the posts are now displaying correctly.

Please check your widget and let us know if everything is fine on your side :slightly_smiling_face:
