Hi! Is there a way to opt-out of this feature? All it does is cause an error in my Google Sheets because of the + sign at the beginning (sheet thinks it’s a formula no matter what I do!). It’d be nice to either opt-out or not include the + sign when the data is brought into Zapier or Google Sheets. Thanks!

You can use a Short Text field instead and label it as a Phone Number. However, I’ve just tested the Google Sheets integration in my test widget and the phone number is displayed fine there:
Please try to delete the integration and reconnect the widget to your spreadsheet once again. If it doesn’t help, please specify the name of the Form widget, where this issue occurs and send me a screenshot of the error you see
