The feature to add an address in the booking form is null. We cannot edit the field and add more contact details for the customers to fill in the booking form manually. Please kindly help with this

It seems that you’re talking about the Destination field in your form. I’ve checked your widget and everything seems to be working fine. It can be edited:
Also, I’ve tried to add more fields to the widget and there is no issue on my end. If it looks different on your end, please send me a video screencast of the field editing and adding new fields issue.
