We’re a small organisation and will divide the work up in-office. There is currently three of us and it’d be great to drop the appointment into all calendars. Is that possible or is it better to come up with a work around my end?

Do the 3 team members each have their own separate calendar (with different schedules), or are the calendars separate but the schedule is the same — and you’d like to keep all 3 calendars in sync?
