This thing keeps on making new chats whenever I get a message from someone else on my site it is very hard and annoying I’m just a young girl could I please get some help

You’re referring to the notifications about new comments sent to your email address, right?
As far as I see, you’ve already disabled it in the settings. Could you please confirm if it resolved your issue?
