Need to have an interactive form builder that will go into a series of questions. Action taken per screen then goes to the following question per screen. Share your use case and provide as many details to support your idea as possible. Thank you! 😊

Do I understand right that you’d like to create a multistep form? If it is, you just should choose Multistep on the Layout tab:
