# I would like a refund

- **Issue description:** I would like a full refund. I’ve emailed customer service twice, but I only get responses from the AI. This service isn’t what I expected. So I would like to request the cancellation of the card payment made yesterday. And I demand a full refund. It is not that you must cancel the automatic payment every year.
