Hi there, @M_Crespo 👋

We’re truly sorry to say that we had to remove the Search app from our catalog due to the changes made by Google 😔

Please check this post to learn more about this situation - [Where is the Search app?](https://community.elfsight.com/t/where-is-the-search-app/143591)

Hi there,
I have not seen this app for whatsapp work well.
I want to buy a subscription, but I want a whatsapp chat app that stays on the website and helps answer questions. Or let’s people chat with me without abandoning the website and ending up having to open whatsapp and update and open their private whatsapp information to you guys any other creeps.
Is that possible?
Or your systems is just weird like that?
We just want a simple chat system to support the costomer and guide them.

Hi @M_Crespo 👋

Our widget is basically an interface that connects your website to WhatsApp. When users click **Start Chat** , they’re redirected to the WhatsApp app (either on mobile or desktop), where the chat happens directly on WhatsApp.

For the widget to work, your visitors need to have access to [WhatsApp messenger. Here’s an article on this topic in our Help Center: [Why My Chat Widget Doesn’t Work](https://help.elfsight.com/article/1285-why-my-whatsapp-chat-doesnt-work-common-errors-and-solutions?lang=none).

Thus, sending messages to WhatsApp without leaving website is currently not possible. We have a request for this feature on the Wishlist and you can upvote it here.

If you’re looking for a Chat app that will answer question right on your website, we recommend you checking our [AI Chatbot](https://elfsight.com/ai-chatbot-widget/).

You can train your AI assistant the way you need and it will help your clients right on your website.

Feel free to test it out and ask questions if anything comes up 🙂
