How to Disable "Collect Contacts" Skill?

Howdy,

I previously submitted a suggestion to add a toggle (ON/OFF) switch to each AI Chatbot Agent Skill contained in the configurator. So far, no updates.

Until the toggle switches are incorporated into the configurator, can you kindly provide a mechanism for disabling the “Collect Contacts” skill? I can delete it, but that will require recreating it (a lot of info to add) if our team decides to use it again.

Hi there, @Petar_Dietrich :waving_hand:

At the moment, there are 2 options only:

  • Delete the Collect Contacts skill

  • Deselect all fields

With the 2nd option, you can easily select the needed fields in a few seconds, when you’d like to enable this skill again :slightly_smiling_face:
