Hi Jade! Tony stepping in while Irene is away 🙂 Great points! Keeping the knowledge base updated is definitely important, especially for things like pricing, services, and policies. For situations where the chatbot doesn’t have enough information or cannot find a reliable answer, you can configure how it should behave — for example, suggest contacting a human or direct users to the right page instead of providing a potentially incorrect answer.
