I have a larger all-in-one carousel widget on a page (in a production site), but also want to make a smaller one in the footer with the same feeds. How can I add the custom source with 50+ reviews to the smaller one without having to make the custom feed again?

You need to duplicate the widget and adjust the appearance of the copied widget to your liking. Just click 3 dots next to your widget and choose Duplicate:
