Every time the AI on my website can’t find an answer for a user, it presents them with a form asking for their name, email, and phone number. How can I prevent this form from appearing? I still need the full conversation from these unanswered queries to be sent to my email address

To hide the form in the widget, please disable the Collect User Info option in the Behavior section on the Training tab:
