Google Review: Delayed Synchronization

Hi Everyone,

I’m using the Google Reviews widget on a Wix website.

I understand that the widget refreshes Google Reviews approximately every 72 hours. However, one of our customers posted a review 6 days ago, and it still wasn’t showing on our website yesterday.

When I checked again this morning, the review had appeared without us making any changes.

Is this expected behavior? Can Google Reviews sometimes take longer than 72 hours to synchronize? Is there any way to manually refresh the widget?
