Hello there, @Emmanuella_Ameyaw 👋

I am glad to say that this option is already available in the [AI Chatbot](https://elfsight.com/ai-chatbot-widget/)! You just need to add a Contact Human skill on the Skills tab:

Then add a **WhatsApp Contact button** and enable the **Visitor Asks to Talk to a Human** trigger:
