Hi there and welcome to the Community, @Marketing_Team14 👋

I see that you’ve already set up the **Review Source Opened** event and would like to additionally track when a new review is submitted, is that right?

If so, unfortunately, this isn’t possible at the moment. The **Write a Review** button simply redirects users to your Google Business Profile, and the review submission itself happens on Google’s side, so we don’t receive any data about newly submitted reviews.

If I misunderstood your use case, feel free to share more details about what you’re trying to achieve, and I’ll be happy to take a closer look 🙂
