@user3353 I’ve talked to our devs and, unfortunately, there is no option to customize the widget this way. I am really sorry 😔 As a workaround, you can try out Multistep form feature: ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex020/uploads/elfsight/original/2X/a/a49a688471357099c6bc342f3154c61b00d349c6.png) This way, you can place the second part of your form on another page.
