On occasion, our visitors see one (1) to several fine lines inside the chatbox after the chatbot replies. Eventually, the fine line(s) disappear. Any guesses as to what is causing this? See below.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t reproduce the issue you’ve encountered. Could you please specify the device, where this issue occured?
Also, just to make sure I understand correctly — does the screenshot show your message being turned into that line, or did that line appear automatically right after the assistant sent a message, even if you didn’t type anything?
Hey, Max. Honestly, the blue lines haven’t appeared in several days. Previously, they appeared automatically right after the assistant sent a message. So, for now, I’ll continue to monitor this.
