Hi! We now got this error on the widget Social Feed: “Facebook: Error validating access token: The session has been invalidated because the user changed their password or Facebook has changed the session for security reasons” and we can no longer get the images to show on the social feed on our website. The password to Facebook is the same. Do you know of any issues with Facebook?

Hi Max, thanks for the response. Unfortunately it doesn’t work very well. The posts are from 17th of September ( missing new ones), and we have up until now had images as well, not just text.

I’ve double-checked your widget and see that the Facebook token session has expired. This can occur when you change your Facebook login credentials or if Facebook ends the session on its own. Unfortunately, this behavior is beyond our control.
To resolve this issue, please reconnect your widget by following the steps outlined in our guide - Reconnecting your Facebook Feed widget.

I cannot find the Business Integrations page in facebook. Do we do these steps when it is the Social Feed widget (not the Facebook feed widget)?

It looks like the Elfsight permissions have already been removed from Business Integrations, so there’s nothing else you need to do on that page. You can simply connect the widget to your Facebook account again.
Since you’re getting an error while setting up the connection, please try connecting the widget in your browser’s incognito/private mode.
